01 / 06Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
Moss taken off by hand, tile by tile, never with a pressure washer. Then a treatment to slow it coming back, and the gutters cleared of everything that fell in.
You’ll notice: green patches on the tiles, moss landing on the drive, gutters filling up.
02 / 06Gutter Cleaning & Repairs
Gutters cleared by hand from the ladder and downpipes checked. Leaking joints and sagging runs repaired where they can be, replaced where they can’t.
You’ll notice: water pouring over the edge, plants growing in the gutter, damp streaks on the wall.
Roof Repairs
We find where the water is actually getting in, then put it right: slipped or cracked tiles replaced, loose ridges re-bedded, and bigger repairs when the damage goes deeper.
You’ll notice: a damp patch on a ceiling after rain, slipped or missing tiles, a rocking ridge.
Chimney Repairs & Lead Flashing
Most chimney leaks come from tired flashing or old mortar. We repoint the stack, renew the lead where it’s lifted or split, and fix crowns and pots so the whole thing is sound again.
You’ll notice: damp on the chimney breast inside, lead lifting, a cracked crown or loose pot.
Repointing
Old, crumbling mortar raked out and replaced with fresh pointing. It keeps the rain out of the brickwork and makes a tired wall look cared for again.
You’ll notice: mortar that crumbles when you touch it, gaps between bricks, damp on an inside wall.
Fascias, Soffits & Barge Boards
The boards along the roof edge take a beating from the weather. We look at what state they’re in and tell you straight whether they need a clean, a repair, a fresh coat of paint or replacing.
You’ll notice: flaking paint or soft timber, staining along the roofline, birds or wasps getting in.
