We come over from Tadley and work across Reading, including Tilehurst, Calcot, Caversham, Earley and Woodley. Moss comes off by hand, never with a pressure washer, and then we apply a biocide treatment to slow it coming back.

How much does roof cleaning cost in Reading?
It depends on the size of the roof, the tiles, how much moss there is and how easy it is to get to. A terrace with no side access is a different job to a detached house. We come out for a free visit and give you a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises.
Can you clean old clay or slate roofs?
Yes. Older clay tiles and slates can be fragile, which is exactly why we do it by hand and never use a pressure washer. If we see cracked or slipped tiles while we’re up there, we take photos and show you before doing anything extra.
Will the moss come back?
Over time, yes, especially under trees. The biocide treatment slows it down a lot. Our 12-month guarantee covers our workmanship, but we can’t promise nature won’t come back.
