Roof cleaning & roof repairs in Fleet
We come over from Tadley. We clean roofs by hand, clear gutters and repair roofs, chimneys and brickwork for homes across Fleet and the towns and villages around it.
Why roofs around Fleet need looking after
A lot of Fleet, Church Crookham and Farnborough was built in the 1970s, 80s and 90s, and those houses mostly have concrete tile roofs. Add the pine woods and heathland all round the town, and you get roofs that stay shaded and damp, which is exactly what moss likes.
We come over from Tadley and work across Fleet and the towns and villages around it. We take the moss off by hand, never with a pressure washer, then apply a biocide treatment to slow it coming back.

Questions from Fleet homeowners
How much does roof cleaning cost in Fleet?
It depends on the size of the roof, the tiles, how much moss there is and how easy it is to get to. We don’t guess from photos. We come out for a free visit, look at it properly and give you a fixed price in writing.
Is pressure washing bad for concrete tiles?
Yes. It blasts off the surface of the tile, which makes it rougher and more porous, so moss has an easier time coming back. It can also push water up under the tiles. We do it by hand instead.
Will the moss come back?
Over time, yes, and faster under the pines. The biocide treatment slows it down a lot. Our 12-month guarantee covers our workmanship, but we can’t promise nature won’t come back.
Which areas around Fleet do you cover?
Fleet, Church Crookham, Crookham Village, Hook, Hartley Wintney and Farnborough. Not sure if we cover you? Just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. PrimeEdge Home Care Ltd has £2m public liability insurance and is a registered company, number 17226184. Every job comes with an invoice, a photo report and a written guarantee.
