Basingstoke grew fast in the 1960s, 70s and 80s, so a lot of the estates have concrete tile roofs that are now 40 or 50 years old. Concrete holds on to damp, and the north-facing slopes are usually the first to go green.
We’re based about eight miles away in Tadley and work right across Basingstoke and the villages around it, including Old Basing, Chineham, Oakley, Overton and Sherborne St John. We take the moss off by hand, never with a pressure washer, then apply a biocide treatment to slow it coming back.

How much does roof cleaning cost in Basingstoke?

Over time, yes. How fast depends on shade, trees and which way the roof faces. The treatment slows it down a lot. Our 12-month guarantee covers our workmanship, but we can’t promise nature won’t come back.
