Thick moss had built up between the clay tiles. We took it off by hand, tile by tile, then applied a biocide treatment to slow it coming back. Same roof, same day.

The old mortar had worn back and was falling out of the joints. We raked it out and repointed the wall with fresh mortar to keep the weather out.
